How It Works

When supervisors provide feedback through coaching threads, Compass identifies recurring themes and priorities. These themes are then used to make future coaching more relevant and targeted.

For example, if a supervisor consistently emphasizes the importance of asking for appointments, future coaching summaries will weight that behavior more heavily for that team.

Privacy
