Onboarding Walkthrough¶
A step-by-step guide to setting up Compass for your team.
Step 1: Project Configuration¶
Work with your Compass administrator to configure your project settings, including:
- Team name and description
- Interaction channels (voice, chat, email, SMS)
- Agent roster
Step 2: Data Ingestion¶
Connect your interaction data sources. Compass supports:
- Audio file upload (SFTP, S3)
- Transcription services
- Meeting capture integrations

Step 3: Define Your Objectives¶
Optionally customize how Compass scores interactions for your team. See Custom Objective Rubrics.
Step 4: Review & Coach¶
Once interactions are flowing, explore coaching summaries and start using insights in your team meetings.
