Voice¶
Phone calls — inbound and outbound. Audio is transcribed and evaluated with full speaker diarization.
Chat¶
Live chat interactions. Text is evaluated directly without transcription.
Email¶
Email conversations. Thread context is preserved for evaluation.
SMS¶
Text message interactions. Evaluated as text-based conversations.
Multi-Channel¶
Interactions that span multiple channels (e.g., a chat that escalates to a call) can be linked for holistic evaluation.
